Refund And Return

1. Items That Do Not Match the Order

We accept returns or exchanges if the product you received does not match your order, including but not limited to:

  • Glue marks, loose threads, loose patch logo

  • Minor stains, uneven stitching

  • Wrong item, wrong size (sent by us), or incorrect color/model

Conditions:

  1. Buyer must provide valid proof, including:

  • Unboxing video (FULL, NO CUTS)

  • Proof of payment

  • Invoice / order confirmation

  1. Replacement items will be shipped after we receive the returned item.

  2. Returned items must be clean and unused.

  3. We reserve the right to decline the request if the item is found to be dirty, used, or damaged after delivery.

 

 

2. Items With Incorrect Size 

If the size you received is different from what you ordered due to our mistake, we will replace the item with the correct size at no additional cost.

  1. Returns for size exchange must be made within 2 (two) days after the item is received.

  2. Returned items must be clean and unused.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears dirty or used.

  4. Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

  5. No exchange for different colors or models.

  6. Size exchanges are available only while stock lasts.

If the Buyer Chooses the Wrong Size (Customer Error)

If the buyer selects the wrong size during checkout, the item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart and measuring carefully before placing an order.


 

 

3. Refunds

All paid orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please ensure the item, size, and details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend:

  • Measuring your body accurately using a ruler or soft measuring tape.

  • Different fabrics may affect fit (e.g., heavier fleece may feel tighter).

  • Each product may have a unique size chart—always check the specific item page.

If you prefer a certain style (baggy, fitted, cropped), adjust your size choice accordingly.
